Returns and Refunds for Products and Project Orders
AllInFes works with both selected products and project-based sourcing requests. Because some orders may involve custom production, hospitality quantities, or supplier coordination, return and refund conditions depend on the type of order placed.
How Returns Are Handled
Returns are reviewed based on the nature of the item and the conditions of the order. Standard product orders may be reviewed differently from custom, made-to-order, or project-based sourcing requests. For this reason, clients should contact AllInFes first before returning any item.
Custom, Made-to-Order, and Project-Based Orders
Custom pieces, made-to-order items, and hospitality project orders are generally not eligible for standard returns or refunds once production has started. This includes items produced according to requested dimensions, finishes, quantities, or project-specific requirements.
Any exception must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, please contact AllInFes as soon as possible after delivery. Include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and any visible issue so the matter can be reviewed properly.
Before Sending a Return
Do not return any item without contacting AllInFes first. Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the item may be returned and explain the next step based on the order type and the issue reported.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the payment method used for the original order. Timing may vary depending on the payment provider, banking process, and the nature of the order review.
Orders That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Items
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Project-based hospitality orders
- Items produced to requested specifications
- Orders where production has already started
- Items returned without prior approval
